I saw plant I love in your garden, where can I buy one?Our garden features cool climate plant species. Depending on where you live, you maybe be able to grow it. We have a small onsite nursery where we sell plants to the public. During your visit you can talk to the owner and they can give you the most accurate advice. If we do not have the plant you are after we recommend visiting your local nursery or Bill at Bay Tree Nursery in Clarence (20min from Mount Wilson).
-
Can I hire the garden for my event?Yes! Of course, you can hire. We do recommend a few things to be mindful of prior to booking. - Mount Wilson is fairly remote so catering and suppliers for the event can be difficult find - Even in summer, the evenings do get quite cool. So any event needs to be concluded before the sun sets. - Windyridge does not have the capabilites to offer setting up or event assistance, owner is retired.
-
Can I do my wedding photography or do an artistic shoot in the garden?Yes! You are more than welcome to do any type of photography in the garden. Please contact us directly to organise. All participants will have to pay the general admisson fee.

Do you accept Credit Cards?Yes we do but we do not give out cash. Please note there are no ATMs or Banks in the area. The closest is around a 30min drive from Mount Wilson. It is highly recommended to bring cash just in case as internet can go down without warning.
-
Do you have a cafe or is there somewhere local? No. Mount Wilson is an old remote village and there is no cafes, restaurants, or petrol stations in the area. We highly recommend you to bring a picnic to enjoy in the garden or alternatively stop on the way up and bring something. We do offer complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits for visitors. Occasionly, during the peak season we offer some cakes or sandwiches in the garden.
-
When is the Autumn colour?Every year it is a little different. Our general rule of thumb is from ANZAC Day (25th April) and the following 5 weeks depending on the weather.
