Our garden features cool climate plant species. Depending on where you live, you maybe be able to grow it. We have a small onsite nursery where we sell plants to the public. During your visit you can talk to the owner and they can give you the most accurate advice. If we do not have the plant you are after we recommend visiting your local nursery or Bill at Bay Tree Nursery in Clarence (20min from Mount Wilson).
  • Can I hire the garden for my event?
Yes! Of course, you can hire. We do recommend a few things to be mindful of prior to booking. - Mount Wilson is fairly remote so catering and suppliers for the event can be difficult find - Even in summer, the evenings do get quite cool. So any event needs to be concluded before the sun sets. - Windyridge does not have the capabilites to offer setting up or event assistance, owner is retired.

  • Do you have a cafe or is there somewhere local?

Occasionly, during the peak season we offer some cakes or sandwiches in the garden.
